Rootovske konto a bezny user

Este si dovolim Vas poziadat o dalsiu radu /nez to samopokusmi po…/ som v MacBooku pod v 10.4.10 a nastavene je to tu od aplu tak ze som takzvany administrator teda ani ryba ani rak dokonca dvakrat lebo som prechadzal Ibooku tak ze mi vytvoril pri prechode nove konto zas administratorske, rad by som si jedno zrusil to dokazem aj sam, ale hlavne by som chcel vytvorit roota a bezneho usera – poradi mi niekto ako? Dakujem.

Root sa vytvára (resp. povoľuje) cez NetInfo Manager ktorý nájdeš v zložke Utilities. Avšak samozrejme sa neodporúča príliš často ho používať… (aj preto je štandardne zablokovaný…)

The root user, sometimes called the superuser, is a special user account in Mac OS X that has read and write privileges to all areas of the file system. The root user can move and delete any file in the system, including system files not available to any other user. Because it’s easy to damage the computer by moving or deleting some files, use the root account with extreme caution.

By default the root account is not active.

To enable the root user:
Open NetInfo Manager, located in Applications > Utilities.
Choose Security > Enable Root User and type a password for the root account. You may need to type an administrator password to make these changes.
Choose Apple menu > Log Out.
Choose Other in the Login window, type root in the Name field, and the root password in the Password field.
The root user should only be used for specific administration or monitoring tasks. After completing a task as the root user, log out of Mac OS X and log back in using a normal or administrator user account.

Disable root access if you do not use it often.

Viacmenej všetko môžeš dosiahnuť pomocou su alebo sudo. Bežného usera vieš snáď ako vytvoriť > System preferences > Accounts.

chcem sa spytat ake je user, ktore mi vytvorili v apple ked mi instalovali Leopard. Pretoze mi tam dali meno ktore sa mi nepaci a chcel by som ho premenovat. Toto meno vidim stale ked vojdem do HD a potom pod PLACES pri ikonke HOME. Je mozne premenovat toto meno?
