This is the just the problem of Correct date and time in your iPhone. This is the BIg problem of iPhone 4S . in every iPhone 4s if you take out the battery and place back, it will remain in searching . Change the date and time then restart your iPhone . if still have problem . Reset the network setting . your iPhone will work surely.
